I am currently working as a Human Resource Business Partner at Coca-Cola HBC.

As an HRBP I consult and support senior leadership and line managers on Human Resource matters, be it strategic or operational. This includes talent management and development, company and team culture, as well as workforce changes through legislation, technology, or other trends. Furthermore, I assist and advise employees with their own personal transitions and enable them to reach their potential.

In my over six years in Human Resources, I have lead various units and teams through restructuring processes and organisational change. This strengthened my communication and change management skills.

I have a strong people and teams mindset and place employee satisfaction and wellbeing at the centre of all actions. I believe in tolerance, appreciation, and helpfulness.

I am based out of lovely Zurich, Switzerland.
